I dunno man. You never talk to me and all the replies I've got from you on the bbs have been "you're a faggot" or "you're a depressed bitch with no friends". One thing said by two people can have very different meanings and seemed like you were just being a cunt. You still haven't told me why Tumblr is for faggots. It's just art and pictures. I've played games like that with people and it's boring. Faggy because trying to created a badass character with the intention of doing badass things while you're really just sitting at a desk rolling a die is lame to me. I like the story telling aspect but imaginary killing people is gay as fuck.
Every group of friends plays D&D differently, and my specific group makes it really funny. We don't actually roleplay our characters or try to make them awesome or anything, we actually do use it for the story telling aspect, and throw in funny scenarios. The combat is probably our least favorite part all together.
Also Tumblr gets a bad wrap for being very circle-jerky and has been compared to watching a bunch of other people do things on Facebook.
I remember having fun. I was the only one left of our crew and I just kept raping myself with miscellaneous items and turning against the crew when they came back. It was fun but I couldn't take it seriously. It was a space marines thing or something.
Tumblr is just friendly. Tumblr's more about sharing stuff than having a discussion. Tumblr is also completely tailored to you so you don't have to follow circle-jerky blogs or people who do things similar to Facebook.
I guess I've only seen the bad tumblr blogs then. Yeah I've already planned on murdering my entire group at some point when they're all weak and after we've played a lot with those characters. The Space Marine thing sounds interesting actually. The gayest kind of D&D I've ever heard of, simply because it's bound to be fangirly and extremely shitty, was "Doctor Who D&D"
